Gladys surpassed all of my expectations for a real estate agent, she is absolutely amazing. My brother and I hired her to sell my Mom's house. We trusted Gladys to make decisions as to what changes needed to be made, trusting her instincts and experience. She put so much of her own time into this project and the house was transformed after she worked tirelessly for 2 months She shopped at the RESTORE and got great deals on many of the things we needed, organized electricians, painters, and floor refinishing and so much more I am not even mentioning. We never could have accomplished all of this without her and the transformation was phenomenal. The price we got was much more than we anticipated and I know we wouldn't have got this price if the house hadn't been renovated and staged. It didn't end there. In the end there was some negotiation necessary and her experience shined through. Her knowledge and expertise with negotiation was crucial and our house closed without a hitch. The decision to sell your house is the first in many difficult steps along the way to making a major change in your life.
