With an easy smile and upbeat energy, no matter what the task, it is evident she loves her job and her clients. Having come from down east and raised in a humble farming family she keeps it real, stepping in to do whatever needs to be done. From driving the 26ft transport truck to help a client move or drop the paint brush and whisk the children out for lunch so Mom can focus on decluttering her wardrobe or working side by side with the cleaning staff to prepare for the Open House. No job is below or above her with her "Lets get'er done" attitude. However that doesn't stop her from spending hours with a 96 year veteran, slowly and lovingly going through cherished items of his life; and with every piece decided to stay or go, she hears his story and she knows that time cannot be rushed. CARE IN THE COMMUNITY

Having been raised in foster care, Gladys believes everybody deserves a place to call home. Which is why she is a strong advocate for Habitat for Humanity (The RESTORE). It allows her to purchase great deals on behalf of her clients and a place she can donate items from her renovations. The proceeds go to build homes for the homeless in the local and global community.


Gladys is a mother of two great children and she knows she is blessed and very grateful for their health and well being. Each time you work with Gladys a percentage of her commission is automatically donated to Sick Kids. As a result Re/Max Rouge River agents combined, have contributed more than $25,000 in 2017 to Toronto’s Sick Kids Hospital through the Miracle Home Program.
