FREE Staging Consultation We meet to go through your home from back to front and top to bottom. We will cover all areas from color coordination and furniture placement to home scents and styling. The result is an easy to follow list of instructions to ensure that your home is projecting the right message for all potential buyers. But I don't just leave you with these daunting tasks; also included:

FREE 15 hours Staging Services I, along with my team, work directly with you for a minimum of 15 hours completing the projects set out during the Staging Consultation. This would include painting, rearranging furnishings, organizing closets and accessorizing so it reduces the stress of preparing your home for market.  

FREE Furnishings and Accessories Once we have finished the primary tasks, I bring in an assortment of soft furnishings and accessories to complete the transformation. 

FREE Professional Photography A professional photographer shoots the home for optimum results on MLS, Virtual Tour, Feature Sheets, E-cards and all other marketing avenues. 

Once your home is launched for sale the clear message to all potential buyers and agents is a "Must See, Must Buy" property. And that's when my work as a Realtor has just begun!
